§1. General information

1. The administrator of users' personal data on the website www.medium-reklama.pl (here in after referred to as „the Website”), and of individuals visiting our social media profiles is MEDIUM Adam Jazowiecki, registered in Gliwice, Poland (ul. Drozdów 27/3, 44-100 Gliwice), entered in the Business Activity Register by the Mayor of Gliwice under number II/249/2000, NIP: 6311819886, REGON: 276799207.

2. For ease of reading, „User” is referred to as „You” and „Administrator” as „We”. „GDPR” refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

§2. What data do we process?

1. We process your data because you are interested in:
- receiving information about new content on the Website, e.g. through a newsletter;
- receiving an offer from the Administrator;
- commenting on content published on the Website using the tools provided;
- filling in a form and sending it via the Website.

2. If you send a message to the email address provided on the Website, this means we process your personal data to the extent of your email address and your computer's IP address, as well as any other personal data you provide in the message, such as your name, phone number, job title, and place of work. Personal data are also collected automatically via the Website as described in §5 below.

3. If you send a message via the contact form on the Website, the Administrator will process only those personal data that you voluntarily provide in the contact forms related to specific content, products, or services listed in point 3, such as your name, company name, address, phone number, or contact email.

When using the Website and our Social Media Profiles, we collect data relating to your online activity, such as your computer's IP address, the requested URL, the URL from which you accessed our pages, the type of browser you use, and other information transmitted via the http protocol. If you like, follow, or observe our Social Media Profiles, or if you contact us using social media messengers, comment on, or rate the content we publish on our Social Media Profiles, this means we process your personal data such as your name, the name of your social media profile, your image, other identifying data, and any personal data you provide in connection with your activity on our Social Media Profiles.

1. When using the Website and our Social Media Profiles, we also process data contained in cookies. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on your end device and intended for use with the Website and our Social Media Profiles. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time for which they will be stored on your end device, and a unique number. In some cases, the information contained in cookies may constitute personal data.

2. The entity placing cookies originating from the Website and our Social Media Profiles on your end device and accessing these cookies is the Administrator.

Your personal data resulting from messages sent to the email address posted on the Website are processed in order to respond to your message, establish a relationship, and properly provide electronic services. In this case, the processing of your personal data is necessary to perform the contract for the provision of electronic services of which you are a party, or to take steps at your request (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Your personal data connected with the use of our Social Media Profiles are processed in order to organize, operate, and manage our Social Media Profiles, to communicate and respond to your messages, to maintain relationships with users, and to promote our brand online. The legal basis for this processing is the necessity to perform a contract for the provision of electronic services and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

5. Your data relating to online activity, such as IP address, requested URL, referrer URL, browser type, and other information transmitted via the http protocol, are processed for the purpose of developing the Website and ensuring the highest quality of services for users (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest).

6. Your data contained in cookies are processed in order to: adjust the content of the Website to your preferences and optimize the use of the Website;
- in particular, these files allow us to recognize your end device and display the Website in a way tailored to your individual needs;
- create statistics that help us understand how users use the Website, which enables us to improve its structure and content.

7. Your data contained in cookies are processed for the purposes indicated above on the basis of consent expressed by you through your browser settings.

§4. How long do we store your data?

1. Your personal data related to the use of our Social Media Profiles will be processed for as long as you like, follow, or observe our Social Media Profiles.

2. Your personal data contained in cookies will be stored for a time corresponding to the life cycle of the cookies or until they are deleted by you.

§5. Who do we share your data with?

1. To handle your inquiry or provide services, the Administrator may transfer your data to other entities, such as:
- courier and postal companies (to deliver contracts, training certificates, or promotional materials);
- entities and subcontractors providing legal, marketing, IT, and accounting services (to properly handle your inquiry or provide the services you ordered).

2. All entities to which the Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data guarantee the use of appropriate personal data protection and security measures required by law.

3. Your data are processed for as long as necessary to:handle your inquiry;

- enable us to carry out the marketing communication consent you have given (until this consent is withdrawn);
- effectively perform cooperation covered by a contract (until its expiry).

1. The Administrator makes every effort to protect you and your data and ensures that your data are:

- collected for specific, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
- factually correct, adequate to the purposes for which they are processed, and stored in a form that permits identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.

§7. Your rights regarding personal data

1. You have the right to access your data, to rectify them, erase them, restrict their processing, object to their processing, and to request that they be transferred to another controller in accordance with applicable law.

2. Any data subject has the right, at any time and for reasons related to their particular situation, to object to the processing of their personal data when the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator. 3. The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures that ensure the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the risks and the category of data being protected, and in particular protects the data against unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retrieval, processing in violation of applicable laws, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
